How to make a Purchase

Browse through our products, select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping basket (enter the desired quantity of the product you wish to purchase and click the 'Add Me' button to add items to your shopping basket).

Once you have completed your selection click on 'Checkout' at the top right hand corner of the page and you will be asked for your details that are required to process your order in the fields below. If you have previously registered an account with Millbry Hill, click the 'click here to login' text which will allow you to enter your email address and password to access your account. If the e-mail address you enter is correct, you will receive an e-mail from Millbry Hill to confirm your order. Please ensure that the address you use is correct before placing your order, otherwise you may not receive confirmation and we cannot resend emails of this type once your order has been received.

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our returns procedure.

Payment

We accept the following major credit and debit cards:- Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta through a secure environment. All transactions are shown in pounds Sterling.

Payment Via PayPal

We accept payment via PayPal, please note if using eCheque payment via PayPal your order will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared. Typically this can take up-to 5 working days.

Also please be aware that by using your PayPal account, this may result in details that you enter on MillbryHill.co.uk (including your billing and delivery addresses) being overridden by your PayPal account details. Please ensure you have updated your details on your PayPal account before placing your order to prevent a failed payment or incorrect billing/delivery addresses being used for your order.
