Millbry Hill Rewards Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Millbry Hill Rewards Loyalty Scheme, which has been designed to reward both our in-store and online customers for shopping with us throughout the year.
The Loyalty Scheme is owned and operated by Millbry Hill Ltd. By joining our Loyalty Scheme you agree with our Terms and Conditions, however, should you have any queries you can contact our head office on 0800 652 0432 or email sales@millbryhill.co.uk.

 

Your Membership

The Millbry Hill Rewards Programme is available to residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old. Only one membership per person/email address is permitted. Membership is not open to companies, partnerships, unincorporated associations or similar entities, and is not available in combination with a trade or any other account with Millbry Hill. Points are available only to the card or account on which they were earned and you cannot share or transfer your points or your Millbry Hill Loyalty Card, although your friends and family can of course apply for their own Millbry Hill Loyalty Card.

We reserve the right to refuse an application to join the Millbry Hill Rewards Programme, or close your account, if we feel there is a good reason to do so.

To gain access to all of your bonus rewards and extra discounts you will need to create and activate your account online. Alternatively, visit one of our stores where a member of staff will be able to assist you in creating a Loyalty Scheme account. If you are already a valued member of our Loyalty Card, you have been automatically upgraded to the new Loyalty Scheme so whenever you use your existing Loyalty Card in store, you will earn points on every purchase. To also earn points for online purchases, you will need to activate your account on our website. 

Your Details

In order to join our Loyalty Scheme and benefit from our offers and rewards you must complete your details in full, and ensure that the details you provide are correct. If your details change at any point, please update your online account immediately with the new information or contact us by email or in store to inform us of the changes.

Marketing Communication

By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are happy to receive news and offers tailored just for you, as well as updates on your Reward Points balance and available rewards, by email, sms, direct mail and other communication methods as chosen by you.

At any time, you can opt out of all such marketing and withdraw your consent directly in the communications you receive. Opting-out will not affect the other services you receive as part of the Millbry Hill Rewards Programme, but may limit the tailored offers and promotions and notifications we are able to send you.

 

How the new Loyalty Scheme works

The new Loyalty Scheme offers more rewards and benefits throughout the year. It is available both online and in store. By collecting 1 point for every £1 spent, you are able to redeem your points off your next purchase once you have accrued a minimum of 100 points. Any unused loyalty points expire 12 months from the date of issue.

Earning Points

To earn points for a purchase in store, your Loyalty Card (either a physical card or digital loyalty card) must be presented at the checkout before you pay. If you forget your Loyalty Card, let the store staff know before you pay in store, and they can look up your Rewards account and add it to the transaction. Unfortunately, we are unable to add points after a transaction has taken place, so please make sure you provide your details prior to purchase,

When shopping online, please make sure that you have signed into your account that your Loyalty Card is registered to, and your points will automatically be added.

Points are not available on gift cards, delivery costs or services (such as rug washing and clipper servicing). We reserve the right to exclude other products from the Millbry Hill Rewards Programme at our discretion, and at such time, these items will be noted in these terms and conditions.

You will earn 1 point for every £1 that is spent on qualifying purchases online and in store. Points are awarded after any relevant discounts or promotions have been deducted from your shopping. Points are awarded only on the final amount you actually pay either online or in store.

From time to time, we may run special promotions and award additional points. For example, we may increase the number of points that you receive for every £1 you spend, or award bonus points when you purchase a particular product, or complete a certain action, such as writing a review or interacting with a Facebook post. We may set a limit on how many promotional points can be awarded to any one account. Millbry Hill Rewards member promotions cannot be cumulated with other non-member promotions, unless indicated otherwise or applied in your favour directly at checkout.

If you have earned points on a product which you decide to return then the relevant points will be deducted from your account. In addition points cannot be awarded for exchanged items.

Spending Your Points

To redeem your points online, simply log into your account at millbryhill.co.uk and select the rewards you wish to redeem. You will then be provided with a unique code that can be applied at checkout. You will not be able to redeem or spend any points online unless your account is registered and activated, and you may only redeem one reward or voucher in a single transaction. Rewards cannot be used with any other voucher or discount code.

To redeem your points in-store, please ask a member of staff to check your points balance and apply your available reward to your purchase at the till.

Points can only be spent in set increments, with a minimum redemption value of 100 points. This means that if you have 200 points in your account and you want to spend them on a qualifying purchase of £1.49 then you will be able to spend 100 points but will need to pay the £0.49 balance of the purchase price in cash (leaving 100 points in your account).

Points cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards. Other products may also be excluded from the programme at our discretion, in which case we will display notices on our website at millbryhill.co.uk.

If you have activated your account online you will be able to log in to view your current points balance and available rewards. Please note that your points balance may not be updated immediately when you make a qualifying purchase/redemption. We may withhold points or delay crediting them where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms and conditions.

We may deduct points or adjust your points balance from time to time in the event that points have been credited or debited in error, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms and conditions. In the event a system error causes an incorrect points balance to be given to you, Milbry Hill will endeavour to rectify this as soon as is reasonably possible. Where a system error causes an incorrect points balance Millbry Hill is under no obligation to honour the incorrect points balance. If you have any queries about your points balance then please contact our customer team.

The current redemption value of points is 1 point = 1p. We reserve the right to vary that rate at any time. If we decide to vary this rate we will update these terms and conditions. Points may only be spent against qualifying purchases and they may not be exchanged for cash. Where an item that was purchased using points is returned, the points and/or points value cannot be refunded, however any additional payment will be refunded to your original payment method. Points cannot be awarded for exchanged items.

Points have a 12 month validity from date of issue. After 12 months, points will expire and you will no longer be able to access or use them. Points expire immediately if the account is closed or deactivated, or if the Millbry Hill Rewards Programme ends.  

Annual Cashback Voucher

Annual cashback vouchers will still be available subject to minimum total spend across the year. The current minimum total spend is £500, however we reserve the right to vary that rate at any time. If we decide to change this amount, we will update these terms and conditions. These vouchers will be sent either by post or email in November each year and are based on 1% of your spend in-store and online over the previous 12 months. Millbry Hill cannot be held liable for any vouchers which have been misdelivered due to incorrect address details being provided, or any items which have become lost in the post. We cannot replace any vouchers that have been lost or damaged after the original expiry date of the voucher. 

Member Prices

You'll need a Loyalty Card or Millbry Hill Rewards Account to get lower member prices on selected products, both in store and online. The products eligible for member pricing change regularly and are subject to availability. Prices may vary and delivery charges may apply. To get member prices, present your Loyalty Card at the time of purchase. If you're shopping online and you have registered and signed in to your account, you will automatically get member prices applied at the checkout.

Other rewards

In addition to cashback vouchers, Millbry Hill will offer various offers and promotions throughout the year. These offers are subject to availability and change. Millbry Hill reserves the right to extend or withdraw these offers at any time.

Promotions

From time to time, Millbry Hill or a selected third party may include competitions, promotional vouchers or other mailouts that we think may be of interest to you. Each offer/voucher will be subject to its own terms and conditions and Millbry Hill reserves the right to extend or withdraw these offers and promotions at any time. 

 

Privacy promise

Your privacy is of the highest importance to us and we promise never to release your personal details to an outside company for mailing or marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, in order to join our Loyalty Scheme and enjoy the benefits, you must provide a valid email address. By signing up you agree to Millbry Hill sending you marketing emails and updates for products, promotions and offers. Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to the following head office address: Millbry Hill Ltd, Mount Pleasant Way, Stokesley Business Park, Stokesley, North Yorkshire TS9 5NZ.

Whilst we take every care to ensure the information supplied by us is accurate and complete, it may occasionally be supplied to us by a third party and therefore, we are unable to check its accuracy. You are advised to verify the accuracy of any information before relying on it.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Millbry Hill employees are excluded from the Loyalty Scheme.
