We are looking for a Temporary Christmas Sales Assistants to join our teams. Your days at Millbry Hill will be spent talking to customers (and their pets), creating eye-catching displays, unpacking deliveries and maintaining high standards throughout the store.
We’ll expect you to learn about the fantastic range of products we stock including Equine, Pets, Small Holding, Clothing and Footwear and you’ll need to be flexible about working hours.
Previous sales experience is not essential as we’re looking for the right person with the right attitude – we’ll train you to do the rest!
Based in Stokesley, we are recruiting for both a HGV Class 2 Driver and a 7.5T Driver.
You will be joining an enthusiastic, family run business, servicing our Millbry Hill retail stores with their daily deliveries and collections from suppliers, as well as delivering goods directly to our customers. As this will be a customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing top quality customer service, and a proactive and friendly manner is essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Digital tachograph card and up to date CPC training is required
• Truck mounted forklift licence and experience is preferred.
• Class 2 licence required for Class 2 Driver, preferred for 7.5T Driver
• This role will be physically demanding therefore a good level of fitness is required
• Must be motivated, eager to learn and well presented
• Both roles are permanent, full time and based in Stokesley
Richmond – Full or Part-Time
We are looking for a Warehouse & Sales Assistant to join our Richmond Team. Your days at Millbry Hill will be spent both on the shop floor talking to customers (and their pets), and in our retail warehouse processing stock and packing and dispatching internet orders.
We’ll expect you to learn about the fantastic range of products we stock including equine, pet, small holding, clothing and footwear. Your role will include assisting customers in store, booking in deliveries and accurately checking off paperwork, stock replenishment, stock taking, preparation of goods for sending out, and general housekeeping, maintaining high standards throughout the store and warehouse.
You’ll need to be flexible about working hours, and weekend work will be required. Heavy lifting will be required. Attention to detail is essential and previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, but not essential as we’re looking for the right person with the right attitude – we’ll train you to do the rest!
