Important Customer Update - Coronavirus COVID-19

We are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. However please be aware that due to the current Coronavirus COVID-19 situation, we may encounter unexpected delays and your order may take longer to be delivered than usual. Whilst we are continuing to provide estimated delivery dates at the point of order, please be aware these cannot be guaranteed. Please note, our pallet couriers are currently not accepting any new orders, therefore we are at present unable to dispatch any pallet orders of feed or bedding.

Rest assured we are doing our best to maintain prompt supply during this rapidly changing situation, and thank all our customers for their co-operation and understanding during this difficult time.

Click & Collect

Please note, we have currently suspended our click and collect service for orders placed online. However, you are able to call your local store, place your order and pay over the phone, giving your full name and car registration details. The store team will let you know when you are able to collect your goods.

Bulky/Oversized Deliveries

For bulky and heavy items, such as animal feed and bedding, delivery is charged based on the combined weight of the order. We offer two services for these items. If you are not in a hurry for your order, our economy service provides a cheaper alternative, whilst our Express Delivery helps ensure you never run short of those essentials, with delivery within 1-2 working days.

Due to the extra charges and restrictions imposed by our courier for some Highland, Remote and Offshore postcodes, delivery surcharges may be applied for parcels that are sent via our courier. All available delivery options and costs for your chosen items will be shown during checkout.

International Deliveries

Please note our international delivery service is currently severely restricted. We are working with our couriers to deliver wherever possible.

We can deliver to most of Europe, as well as some other international locations. Prices for European and International delivery depend on the size and weight of your parcel, and all available delivery options and costs for your chosen items will be shown in the basket page and at checkout.

Please Note: There are size and weight limitations for European and International Deliveries - if you wish to order larger quantities or bulky items, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes, a signature is required when your order is delivered. However if there is a safe place the courier may, at their discretion, leave your parcel at your request. Please be aware that Millbry Hill cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any items that have been left at your request.

What if I am out when my item is delivered?

If you are not in, our courier will leave a card giving you the details on how you can re-arrange delivery. However if you have specified a safe place for the parcel to be left, the courier may leave the item, however please be aware that Millbry Hill cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any items that have been left at your request.

* Whilst Standard Economy Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days and Express Delivery within 1 - 2 working days, for items not in stock at our main warehouse delivery may be longer. We will give an accurate delivery estimate for your chosen items in the checkout prior to you placing your order. All deliveries times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
