Free Delivery over £75*

Our Standard UK Mainland delivery service is FREE on orders over £75, with a maximum parcel weight of 31kg.

For orders over 31kg, please see our Bulky/Oversized Delivery Rates below. *Please Note, our Standard UK Mainland delivery service and Free Delivery offer does not cover Highland, Northern Ireland and offshore postcodes (please see below for details).

Click & Collect

You can choose to have your order delivered to your local Millbry Hill store free of charge, regardless of the size and weight of your order.

Your order will typically be available to collect in 3 - 5 days and we will hold your order in store for 7 days. We will email you with confirmation when your order is ready to collect - please ensure you bring your order confirmation and a form of ID with you.

UK Mainland Delivery

Our Standard UK Mainland delivery service is priced at £4.99. Estimated delivery times for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Bulky/Oversized Deliveries

For bulky and heavy items, such as animal feed and bedding, delivery is charged based on the combined weight of the order. We offer two services for these items. If you are not in a hurry for your order, our economy service provides a cheaper alternative, whilst our Express Delivery helps ensure you never run short of those essentials, with delivery within 1-2 working days.

* Whilst Standard Economy Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days and Express Delivery within 1 - 2 working days, for items not in stock at our main warehouse delivery may be longer. Highlands, Remote & Offshore Postcodes

Due to the extra charges and restrictions imposed by our courier for some Highland, Remote and Offshore postcodes, delivery surcharges may be applied for parcels that are sent via our courier. All available delivery options and costs for your chosen items will be shown during checkout.

Highlands, Remote & Offshore Postcodes include Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, as covered by the following postcode areas: AB30-38, AB41, AB44-56, BT, FK17-99, G83, GY, HS, IM, IV1-28, IV30-56, IV63, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE

International Deliveries

We currently have a limited delivery service to Europe, however we hope to increase this service very soon.

Prices for European delivery depend on the size and weight of your parcel and all available delivery options and costs for your chosen items will be shown during checkout.

Our standard European delivery is currently not available for orders over 10kg or on some bulky products - please contact us for a delivery quote for these items.

 

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes, a signature is required when your order is delivered. However if there is a safe place the courier may, at their discretion, leave your parcel at your request. Please be aware that Millbry Hill cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any items that have been left at your request.

What if I am out when my item is delivered?

If you are not in, our courier will leave a card giving you the details on how you can re-arrange delivery. However if you have specified a safe place for the parcel to be left, the courier may leave the item, however please be aware that Millbry Hill cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any items that have been left at your request.
