How to make a Purchase

Browse through our products and select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping basket.

Once you have completed your selection click on Checkout and you will be asked for your details that are required to process your order. Millbry Hill will e-mail you with confirmation of your order.

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our returns procedure.

Availability

We try to hold stocks of all styles of our products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.

Delivery

You can have your goods delivered to your home address or to an alternative delivery address. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery service you will be offered. If your goods are out of stock we will advise you by e-mail.

Returns

If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, they should be well packed and clearly labelled enclosing your returns form and sent back to:

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage, as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of cancelled or unwanted goods.
