The Neue Shule Tranz Angled Lozenge Full Cheek Pony Bit reinforces the turning aid and helps with straightness and direction.
The full cheeks are excellent for directional control; straightness and turning as the mouthpiece will not slide across the mouth, hence beneficial for show jumping etc. This bit is also good for young ponies as the mouthpiece will not pull through in a panic situation.
The Neue Shule Tranz Angled Lozenge Full Cheek is highly recommended for children who do not always support their inside rein. The upper cheeks may be fixed to the cheek pieces with Fulmer loops to exert gentle poll pressure (head lowering). We would not recommend fixing with young ponies as we would loose the play factor which is desirable for mouthing purposes.
