Larger orders can be despatched by pallet via PALLEX, typically £41.13 per tonne. We can also offer further discount on bulk orders, please contact us for further information.

Returns

If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or return. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage. The goods should be well packed and clearly labelled, enclosing your returns form and sent back to:

For christmas returns please notify us within 8 working days after Janurary the 4th. If we are not notified before this date we will be unable to offer a refund only exchange if available.

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage and should a returned parcel become damaged or lost, we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of cancelled or unwanted goods.


UPDATE: You can now return any product bought online to any one of our shops accompanied by the original receipt of purchase.
