Will I receive Free Delivery** Our 3-5 working day delivery service is available free of charge on any order that is more than £40 in value AND is also 30kg or less in total weight. When will my order be despatched? We aim to process and despatch all orders placed before 10am the same working day. What if you're not home when we deliver? For larger items that will not be able to be posted through a standard letterbox our courier company will require a signature on delivery. If no one is available at time of delivery, the courier will leave a card giving details of how to rearrange a delivery or collection. When placing your order you may give additional instructions, such as to leave with a neighbour if you are not in to take delivery, however a signature must be obtained by the delivery driver. How long will delivery take? Standard delivery, or items sent via Royal Mail typically take 3-5 working days for delivery, however during busiest times, such as the run up to Christmas, this can sometimes take a little longer. Regrettably we are unable to guarantee delivery times. We do offer an express delivery service, which means you will receive your order as quickly as possible. In the unlikely event the item is out of stock, delivery may take longer. If your parcel is being sent by courier, once our courier company has received your parcel into their depot you will be emailed a tracking number and estimated delivery date. If this date is not convenient you may request an alternative date by following the instructions in the email. How much is delivery? Our delivery prices are all based on the total weight of your order, the table below shows the standard 3-5 day delivery charges by weight for the mainland UK. All delivery charges will be worked out automatically within the checkout. Please make sure you select the correct country or region when placing your order. If chosen incorrectly we will not be able to fulfil your order.
